Terms and Conditions for Commercial Cleaning Service

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before engaging our commercial cleaning services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Services:
- We provide commercial cleaning services as described in the agreed-upon service contract or work order.
- Our services may include but are not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and trash removal, as outlined in the service agreement.

2. Service Agreement:

- A service agreement will be provided outlining the scope of services, frequency, duration, and payment terms.
- Any changes to the service agreement must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

3. Service Schedule:
- We will strive to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule for cleaning services.
- In the event of any unavoidable delays or schedule changes, we will notify the client as soon as possible.

4. Access to Premises:
- The client must provide access to the premises at the scheduled cleaning times.
- If access cannot be provided, the client may be subject to additional charges for rescheduled visits.

5. Payment Terms:
- Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement.
- Payments are due according to the agreed-upon schedule and method.
- Late payments may be subject to late fees as specified in the service agreement.

6. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be made in writing at least 3 days in advance.
- Cancellations made with insufficient notice may be subject to cancellation fees.

7. Liability:
- We will take reasonable care in providing our services, but we are not liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of our services.
- Clients are responsible for securing any valuable or fragile items before cleaning takes place.

8. Insurance:
- We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our cleaning services.
- Clients should notify us of any specific insurance requirements they may have.

9. Confidentiality:
- We will treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent.

10. Termination:
- Either party may terminate the service agreement with 3 days’ notice in writing.
- Termination does not relieve the client of any outstanding payment obligations.

11. Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Santaquin
- Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Santaquin UT

12. Amendments:
- We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
- Any amendments will be communicated to the client in writing.

13. Entire Agreement:
- These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any previous agreements or understandings.
